One of my new year resolution for 2014 was to wear sensible heels. Being vertically challenged at 5'1 feet, I tend to gravitate towards tall heels to give me an illusion of height, but when everyone else is also wearing heels, I still end up at their boob level. Instead of suffering with tall heels, I'm going to try sensible heels 3 inches tall or shorter.
Although it's going to be hard to separate from my tall shoes, my feet will be grateful at the end of the day. Luckily with designers going for shorter kitten heels in the last seasons, I will have a wide variety of colour and style of sensible shoes to choose form:
